Coronavirus flare-up : Per day 1.15 lakh rise in case

 Corona virus infection has become uncontrollable in the country and new corona cases are coming to the fore every day as never before. According to the data released by the Union Ministry of Health, more than 1.15 lakh cases of corona virus have been reported across the country in the last 24 hours, which is the highest number of cases in a single day, before 1.03 lakh cases in the country on Sunday. With more than 1.15 new corona cases in the last 24 hours, the total number of corona cases in the country has now reached close to 1.28 crore and the number of active cases has also crossed 8.43 lakh.

The number of new corona cases coming to India on a daily basis has surpassed that of the US and Brazil. Not only cases of corona are increasing in the country but also the number of deaths due to corona has increased. During the last 24 hours, 630 people have died due to corona virus in the country and so far The virus has killed a total of 1,66,117 people in the country.

Although the country is also being vaccinated against corona, even 10 per cent of the total population of the country has not been able to get the vaccine. According to the data of the Ministry of Health, 33.37 lakh people have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours across the country and so far a total of 8.70 crore people have been vaccinated in the country. Vaccination in the country has started from January 16, but the pace of vaccination in the country has increased rapidly in the last few days. On Monday, a record 43 lakh people across the country were vaccinated.

The cases of corona have started increasing in almost every state in the country but the worst situation is in Maharashtra. At present, there are 8.43 lakh active corona cases in the country and more than half of them are in Maharashtra alone. At present, 4.73 lakh active corona cases have been registered in Maharashtra. Apart from Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh have more active cases.
