Cricketers help Corona patients: Sachin donated 1 crore rupees to Mission Oxygen, Delhi Capitals gave 1.5 crore rupees

To help the Corona patients, now cricket players have also extended their helping hand. Veteran batsman Sachin Tendulkar has donated 1 crore rupees to an organization named Mission Oxygen in this era of crisis. This institution provides oxygen concentrators to hospitals.

On the other hand, IPL franchise Delhi Capitals has decided to donate 1.5 crore rupees to two NGOs of Delhi-NCR.

Mission Oxygen gave information on social media

Mission Oxygen said on social media that the organization has received a donation of 1 crore rupees from Sachin Tendulkar. This institution is made up of more than 250 young entrepreneurs. It is importing oxygen concentrators from abroad and providing them to hospitals. Sachin has also given information about this institution on social media.

On the other hand, Delhi Capitals has given a donation of 1.5 crore rupees to Hemkunt Foundation and Udaya Foundation, NGO of Delhi NCR. These institutions are involved in providing other medical equipment, ranging from oxygen cylinders to the treatment of corona.

Australia players started

The initiative to help the Indians  was done by Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins. He donated 50 thousand dollars (about 37 lakh rupees) to the PM Cares fund. After this, former Australian fast bowler Brett Lee gave a donation of 1 bit coin (about 41 lakh rupees). Since then, Indian stars have been criticized as to why they are not coming forward for help.
