Chief of Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) and former Union Minister Ajit Singh has died from Corona. 82-year-old Ajit Singh Corona was infected. He was admitted to a hospital in Gurugram after his health deteriorated on Tuesday night, where he died today. This news has been tweeted by his son Jayant Chaudhary.

Ajit Singh was found infected with Corona on 20 April. He breathed his last at six o’clock this morning. Jayant Chaudhary said, “In a time of grief and pestilence, our prayer is to take full care of yourself, if possible, stay at home and take care. It will also help the doctors and health workers serving in the country. Will be your true tribute.”

Prime Minister Modi has expressed grief over the death of Ajit Singh by tweeting. PM Modi said, “The death of former Union Minister Chaudhary Ajit Singh Ji is very sad. He was always dedicated to the interests of the farmers. He efficiently discharged the responsibilities of many departments at the centre. Ajit Singh was a member of the Lok Sabha 6 times and once a Rajya Sabha MP. Apart from this, he was also a minister in the cabinet of 4 Prime Ministers.
