Uttar Pradesh: People returning from other states will have to live in Quarantine

The Uttar Pradesh government has issued guidelines to quarantine people returning from other states.

It has been told that the district administration will conduct a corona check of those returned from outside. People who will have symptoms of the disease, they will have to stay in the 14-day home-quarantine. At the same time, people without symptoms will have to stay in the 7-day home quarantine.

Additional Chief Secretary in Uttar Pradesh administration Amit Mohan Prasad has written a letter to all the district officials.

He has written that those who could not have a quarantine arrangement in their home, should be kept in an institutional quarantine (eg primary school or any other building). PTI
