Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh has announced some more restrictions on the cases of Corona (COVID19) growing in the state. Orders have been ordered to close educational institutions and ban the capacity of cinema halls and malls by 31 March. Capt Amrinder Singh held a virtual meeting with DC, SSP senior health officers of all the districts today. During this time the CM instructed to strictly follow the WID protocol.

The Captain said that it is important that all of us strictly abide by wearing masks and adopt other safety precautions to save lives. The captain also indicated that some more restrictions could be imposed in the most corona-infected areas. Not more than 100 people can live in goods, the Chief Minister appealed to the people to keep away from social activity for at least two weeks to break the transmission chain of Corona. A total ban has been ordered on all social ceremonies and related functions except funerals and weddings in the 11 worst-affected districts. Permission will be given for the presence of 20 people in funerals and weddings.
